How fast will my plant get here?
Orders are packed within 1 to 4 business days, and transit is usually another 2 to 4 business days.
Where do plants ship from?
Greenhouses in Southern California and Central Florida. We use whichever is closer to you, so your plant spends less time in a box.
Do you ship everywhere?
We ship to the continental United States only. We cannot send live plants to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside the country.
Do you ship in winter?
Yes. When average daytime temperatures along the route fall below 45°F, orders ship with winter protection.
When your plant arrives
It looks a little rough.
That is normal. A few yellow leaves, some dropped leaves, and dry soil are what several days in a dark box look like. Water it, put it somewhere with bright indirect light, and give it two weeks before you worry.
It arrived damaged or dead.
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the plant and the box. See our return policy for the details.

Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. After that it may already be packed.
Can I send a plant as a gift?
Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
Can I cancel?
Same 24 hour window. Reach out as soon as you can.

Are your plants safe around pets?
Some are, some are not. Check the individual product page before you buy, and when in doubt ask us.
Do plants come in a pot?
Yes, unless the listing says otherwise.
